Christmas Tree Lighting & a quick movie review

At three o’clock they announced a Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony in the lobby. So I got my camera phone and went over. I can’t miss these things. There’s always some cookies, hot apple cider (which I love!) and Christmas carolers.

I stayed for like two songs, ate a cooke, sipped on hot apple cider, took some pics then went back to my office.

And here are the pics.

MOVIE REVIEW MOVIEW REVIEW MOVIEW REVIEW!!!

My Rating: 10/10 – YES… 10/10!!!

God I love this movie! It was one of the 'better ones' that Jennifer Lopez did. You know, before she became "J-LO" she was just an actress trying to find good roles. I look at her list of movies after this movie and can't find anything better. She went from Selena (what may say was her break out role and I thought it was pretty good too), to Anaconda (a Meh flim to say the least) then to U-Turn which was a mediocre movie. Finally she landed Out of Sight. Then it was nothing of value after that. Money Train and Jack (which were before Selena) were good, but that's the measure of her movie career with Out of Sight being the top and going down from there. A bunch of rom-coms that didn't even make a blip on any radar, and a very overly publicized relaitionship with Ben Affleck gave her a running start in Jersey Girl. But that bombed and from what I can see, so has her career.

What happened??? Was Monster-In-Law any good?

Then there's George Clooney. Getting better with age maybe?

Was Three Kings just ultra-cool? O Brother where Art Thou - cool. Perfect Storm - kinda cool. (Then he hit a road bump with Ocean's 11 & 12 stuff). But then on to Good Night and Good Luck and what some are saying is the best movie of the year, Syriana.

What an opposite direction in maybe movie choices and a movie career.
